I have a diverse background in training and sports, fueled by a passion for learning about the body, mind, nutrition, and optimal health.

My journey began with over 12 years of football (soccer) and 6 years of CrossFit, fostering a love for heavy lifting that led me to earn my fitness certifications in 2013.

Since then, I've explored various training methods, including traditional strength training, bodyweight exercises, movement practices, and track.

Building genuine, impactful relationships with clients is essential to me; I want to see you succeed as much as you do. I feel fulfilled when you leave our sessions with even a small win.

A pivotal moment in my journey was a disc herniation in 2016, which deepened my focus on recovery and injury prevention through optimal training. This has been a continuous learning experience, both personally and professionally.

My passion for health, wellness, and fitness comes from living this lifestyle. I aim to help others achieve good health and build a toolbox of strategies and habits that promote self-awareness and rapport with their unconscious mind.
