Meet Lucy

Lucy

As an Australian representative athlete, coach and mother of two, Lucy brings a range of experience to the Limitless team.

Whilst competing in Track Cycling, Lucy trained with top-tier athletes and coaches for many years and this is when she discovered her love of strength training and coaching. Lucy completed a Bachelor of Coaching Science degree, including internships at the ACT Academy of Sport Strength and Conditioning gym and Romero Athletics. Lucy went on to work at the Australian Institute of Sport.

In Natural Bodybuilding, Lucy won the title of ACT Champion and achieved 4th at the National Championships.

Our Strongkids sessions are run by Lucy, with the focus on having fun while teaching the fundamentals of safe lifting. Lucy loves sharing her knowledge with the kids - something Lucy wishes she had growing up.

Lucy has qualifications in pre and post-natal exercise, and after returning to lifting following pregnancy and childbirth, understands that it can be quite a journey and has a keen interest in helping women return to training safely.

Lucy is a huge advocate for strength training, not just for those who want to improve their sports performance, but also for injury prevention and for people who want to feel better, stronger and more balanced.

In her own training, Lucy aims for all round athleticism and if she’s not having fun in the gym, you can find Lucy and her kids exploring on their mountain bikes or testing her endurance in criterium racing.
