For the past 15 years, Barbie’s passion for rock climbing has driven her to explore strength training as a way to expand her physical and performance capabilities. She holds a BA in Exercise and Sports Science and is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Physiology.

Her expertise includes climbing-specific training, bodyweight exercise, female physiology, injury prevention, and return-to-sport strategies, with a strong focus on balancing performance and long-term function. She has worked with athletes across a range of sports, including track and field, football, and tennis.

Outside of training, Barbara spends much of her time outdoors, exploring the mountains through trail running and climbing. She finds fulfillment not only in improving physical health, fitness, and performance, but also in helping individuals develop the mental strategies needed to reach their goals.
